Physician - Family Medicine - Fremont, Michigan

Fremont Pediatrics Medicine is looking for a physician to join their busy practice caring for patients across the generational spectrum. Practice currently has 3 physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider.

Team-based care is supplemented with medical assistants working one-to-one with the physicians. Large practice population located steps from Gerber Hospital with full laboratory, radiology, PT/OT and specialty and surgical services.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree

• LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
