Summary:
The Tulalip Health System is seeking a highly motivated FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN (MD/DO) to be part of a comprehensive health and wellness system to care for the Tulalip Tribes' indigenous population. The Tulalip Health System is comprised of multi-disciplinary teams to include, Ambulatory Care, Psychiatry, Behavioral Health& Recovery, Physical Therapy, Optometry, Dental, and Complementary Medicine (Naturopathy, Reiki, Bowen, Acupuncture and Massage Therapies). You will be part of be part of a health and wellness system that provides care in a culturally appropriate ways addressing the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of each individual. We focus on the entire person, and have an integrative, patient-centered, multidisciplinary health team of dedicated professionals whose primary mission is to provide the best possible care to our tribal members and community. This position provides direct and comprehensive primary, preventative and therapeutic medical and nursing care to individuals across the lifespan at the Karen I Fryberg Tulalip Health Clinic serving the The Tulalip Tribes and their community.

Duties:

Qualifications:
Education and Certification Requirements - Graduate of an accredited medical school or osteopathic school with a minimum of a doctoral degree. - Completed residency in Family Practice - Must possess current and unrestricted Washington State MD or DO License. - Must possess and maintain Board Certification in Family Practice. - Must possess a current, full and unrestricted DEA license. - Must possess current CPR or BCLS - ACLS certification is required within two (2) years of employment. - Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check(s).
