Base Salary (18-month guarantee) $305,788 with potential Quality-Based Incentive
FTE: 1.0 Shift: Days Schedule: 4 10-hour days M-F or 3 12-hour days M-F (location dependent)
Income potential mid-$300,000 plus after building a panel; based on template
Competitive compensation package with potential sign-on and relocation
Monthly stipend potential for early resident sign-on
Substantial benefits including medical, dental, annual leave, CME, retirement, and malpractice insurance (including tail)

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our busy, well-established and expanding practice at Rockwood Clinic in beautiful Spokane, Washington. We offer ambulatory only Primary Care, with embedded support services to make practice sustainable and enjoyable. These elements include embedded behavioral resources, integrated RN Care Managers, medication refill support, well-resourced front and back-office staff services, and a robust clinical quality program.

Requirements
- Board certified/eligible at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
