Seeking a Medical Director to provide leadership and direction for a network of 9 convenient care clinics. - In this role, you will supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure high-quality patient care and work closely with a seasoned Operations Director to maintain efficient clinic operations. - You will implement clinical protocols and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and the highest level of patient care, while leading quality improvement initiatives and monitoring performance metrics. - You will also engage in direct patient care when necessary and promote a collaborative, professional work environment focused on safety and teamwork. - Blend of strategic leadership and hands-on patient care - Supervise APPs and collaborate with a collegial leadership team (Medical Director, Regional Operations Director, Lead Physician Assistant) - Dependable work hours with great work-life balance - Contemporary clinics with on-site imaging, diagnostic testing, and strong support staff - Opportunities to develop professionally and lead initiatives for quality improvement - Comprehensive compensation package including competitive salary, health, life, and disability benefits - 3 retirement savings plans (401a, 403b with match, 457b) - Annual time off, CME allowance, relocation stipend - Wellbeing resources, free fitness center membership, paid parental leave, and paid malpractice with tail coverage Qualifications: - Board certification in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine - At least 3 years of healthcare executive experience with a solid managerial background; Master's degree preferred - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders - Clean background, unrestricted NC medical licensure, NC DEA, and ACLS certification required
