Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join dedicated patient care team High functioning team of 2 Physicians and 1 APP treat patients from birth to age 90+. Clinic has seen tremendous growth and continues to expand. Work-life balance - protected admin time, 4.5-day work week, low volume call. On-site Convenient Care clinic provides after hours and weekend services for patients. Provider-led, financially stable group of hospital employed providers. Low volume call - phone only. Integrated Epic EMR. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package: Minimum starting base of $240k with 2-year guarantee, 10% quality bonus, potential for productivity incentive, Sign-on bonus and loan repayment, 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF), Annual time off, Comprehensive health, life and disability benefits, 3 retirement savings plans - 401a, 403b with match, 457b, Relocation stipend, CME allowance, reimbursement for NC license and DEA, Paid malpractice with tail coverage An unrestricted NC medical license and clean background are essential.
