Audubon is currently seeking a Pipeline Project Manager to join our team in the Gulf Coast Region. The Pipeline Project Manager will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned pipeline projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the overall execution of Projects.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and remains accessible to client during life of project.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies Audubon methodology and enforces project standards.
- Manages the project budget and minimizes exposure and risk.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Education Required: Associates Degree AND 5+ years of On the Job training Education'
- Preferred: BS Engineering, MBA'
- Experience Required: Minimum of 5+ years' of industry related experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
- Experience Preferred: 7+ years' of field experience working within the Oil Gas or Hydrocarbon Processing industries.
- Organizes and develops highly functional and effective project teams.
- Works to instill a sense of project ownership and accountability in the project team.
- Coordinates and works with other departments (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance and Accounting) to ensure the timely delivery of quality goods and services which meet or exceed our customer's expectations.
- Provides active coaching and mentoring to Project Engineers and/or Coordinators assigned to him/her. Takes an ACTIVE role in developing their skills and progressing them professionally.
- Identifies opportunities for team member improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
