Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing clients in personal injury cases, demonstrating exceptional skills in litigation, negotiation, and case management. This position aims to advocate for injured parties and ensure they receive the compensation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents for court proceedings.
• Manage a caseload of personal injury files, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
• Prepare for trials, including drafting pre-trial motions and preparing witness testimony.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct depositions and engage in discovery processes to gather critical evidence.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire process of their claims.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all case-related activities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Illinois.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on plaintiff cases.
• Strong skills in litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven case management skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
