Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of capital projects to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
- Support daily maintenance activities and troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems, pumps, fans, and conveyors.
- Develop and administer preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
- Analyze recurrent equipment failures and coordinate with teams to formulate long-term solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations and mechanical integrity standards.
- Optimize plant processes by integrating new technologies and cost-saving initiatives.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in manufacturing or production sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including AC/DC motors, PLCs, and power distribution.
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving complex industrial equipment issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading teams or projects within an industrial setting.
- Advanced certifications in electrical engineering or maintenance management.
- Prior exposure to Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma processes.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
