Plant Engineer

HiFyve is hiring for a Plant Engineer in the High Speed Packaging Industry!

Location: Cheraw, SC

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Day Schedule, must be available for on call / after hours emergencies)

Salary: $100k to $120k

Responsibilities:

• Effective oversight and direction of the Maintenance and Engineering function at the Plant
• Develop KPI's for Plant performance and maintenance
• Establish and Execute Preventative and Predictive Maintenance planning
• Execute CAPEX within established budget and parameters set by Plant Manager
• Oversight of Equipment Purchases and Fabrication Projects
• Oversight of Technological changes to retrofit machinery, material trials, and equipment design
• Act as Plant Safety Champion for Maintenance Department
• Manage onboarding and offboarding appropriately for direct and indirect reports

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
• Industrial Engineering
• Electronic Engineering
• Business Management

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to lead a multifaceted, multiskilled maintenance department
• Minimum 3 years of Leadership experience needed in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Maintenance, CAPEX, and Reliability Strategy to constantly optimize plant performance
• Subject Matter Expertise needed in the following areas:
• Forming Press Equipment
• Print Press Equipment
• Curing Ovens
• Chemical Washers,
• Conveyance Systems
• Palletizing Systems
