Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000

Experience and knowledge in metallurgy or material processing is recommended!
Summary: Responsible for the overall operation of a plant or processing facility. Integrates plant activities into the business plan for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for staffing, administration, production, quality, materials, equipment and financial performance of the plant
Interprets and administers company policy at the plant level
Ensures plant safety and inventory accuracy
Supervise department leaders in production, maintenance, quality and administration
Interviewing, hiring and training employees
Planning, assigning and directing work
Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees
Addressing employee complaints and resolving problems
Work with corporate human resources on employee issues
Supervise and ensure plant safety and inventory accuracy
Develop and assign continuous improvement activities
Research and implement projects to include capital equipment needs, improvements to current processes
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management and business acumen. Preferred 5+ years of Heat Treating experience
