Plant Manager

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will drive production efficiency, ensure safety compliance, manage personnel, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring on-time production, quality standards, and resource optimization.
• Develop and manage production schedules, working with teams to meet demand and deadlines.
• Lead, train, and develop plant staff while promoting a culture of safety and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and improve product quality, resolving any issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage plant budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing production costs.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management and communicate effectively across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Proven leadership skills and experience with cost control and process optimization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and continuous improvement techniques.
