Position Overview
The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations of the El Paso, Tx manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, safety compliance, and effective team management. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing production output in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of plant operations including production scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste, implementing Lean Manufacturing principles where applicable.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency, focusing on the use of natural gas and biogas production technologies.
• Oversee the training and development of staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, quality, and safety, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability and quality of raw materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in plant operations management, preferably in the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical gear, Thermal Oxidizers, flow meters, and gas analyzers.
• Experience with natural gas production, biogas production, and renewable natural gas.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and maintenance systems.
• Understanding of automated packaging equipment and food packaging processes.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
