Job Summary
This position reports to the Director of Manufacturing and will lead, as well as provide guidance to production supervisors, team leaders and assemblers within the electronics manufacturing process. Work with supporting roles such as process engineering, purchasing, quality and sales to ensure all production processes, tools, and equipment are operating efficiently and meet quality system requirements. Train, develop and motivate toward continuous improvement, quality, teamwork, a positive and safe working environment and cost effective operations.

Job Summary
This position reports to the Director of Manufacturing and will lead, as well as provide guidance to production supervisors, team leaders and assemblers within the electronics manufacturing process. Position Responsibilities
- Execute on the master schedule, including responding to order status questions and commitments.
- Overall product quality
- On-time delivery Primary point of contact for all manufacturing issues.
- OSHA/Safety - Ensure safety of employees by proactively identifying and resolving safety concerns. Monitor labor cost and efficiency to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate to support the manufacturing plan. Conduct regular and ongoing team meetings.
- Responsible for ensuring all team members understand and follow procedures. Monitor process scrap and actively participate in quality and improvement activities. Provide coaching and mentoring resulting in increased employee engagement and productivity Promote a positive environment that is focused on quality, compliance, and employee development. Utilizes recognition and motivational techniques/tools to drive high levels of employee satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Be a mentor in leadership strategies Monitor attendance and performance of team members, as well as delivery of disciplinary actions when required. Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of operations and supervisory experience
- Experience with manufacturing processes and quality systems documentation.
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Ability to lead in ISO regulated environment.
- Knowledge of lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Objective problem solving skills.
- Capable of handling/ resolving conflict.
- Ability to:
- Communicate effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Motivate, influence, engage, & inspire others to deliver outstanding results.
- Lead under pressure.
- Self-prioritize workload and take ownership of decisions.
