We are looking for:
A Platform Content Manager to maintain SimSpace's training, attack and range content catalogs across our global and federal portal instances. This is a hybrid customer-facing technical role as a senior individual contributor.
What will you be doing as a Platform Content Manager at SimSpace?
- Take primary ownership for ensuring content distribution and quality across SimSpace portal instances in customer environments, including US Federal cleared enclaves
- Serve as a SimSpace platform and content expert
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Content Maintenance, Professional Services and Engineering teams.
- Supporting customer calls as needed
- Develop customer-facing troubleshooting content
- Keeping up with new features and current issues while providing quality feedback to our product and engineering teams regarding customer requests, issues and trends.
- Troubleshooting to improve the customer experience
- Other duties as assigned
What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Platform Content Manager, you need to:

- Tech-savvy, self-sufficient, and resourceful learner
- High attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment in a startup tech company
- Experience with troubleshooting content creation and distribution
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including technical documentation
- Demonstrated customer-first attitude with mature, independent judgment
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Consistent follow-through to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
- Familiarity with VMware, Networking, Windows and/or Linux Administration
- Experience with technical support workflows and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Freshdesk)
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent military / professional experience
- 5+ years working in a customer-facing environment as a Support or Services representative
- Cybersecurity domain knowledge
- Hybrid role based in Orlando, Florida or Boston, Massachusetts
- Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility a plus
