The Biggers Auto Group is a well-established family-owned NW suburban Auto Group founded in 1969. The group consists of 3 rooftops, all located in Elgin, II. We are in search of a leader that is ready for an exciting new challenge. The current Director has held the position for 30 years and is retiring. Position requires a minimum of 5 years consistent employment in Upper Level Automobile Dealership Management. As the Platform Director, you will lead all dealership operations, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires a proven leader who can develop high-performing teams, implement strong sales and service processes, and ensure profitability while maintaining a customer-first culture.
This position requires strong collaboration with the management team to align dealership operations with the company's broader strategic vision. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively, execute company initiatives, and work closely with all Dealership Management to drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to all departments, including sales, service, finance, and administration. Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Oversee advertising, promotions, and customer relationship management.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage dealership finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. Analyze financial reports to make data driven decisions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all touchpoints. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, aging, and turnover.
Work closely with the sales team to optimize vehicle selection and pricing. - Compliance and Operations: Ensure the dealership operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Vendor and Manufacturer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers. Negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of automotive management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in dealership management software,
- Must be innovative and modern, embracing the latest technologies and sales strategies
