Candidate Requirement

• Overall 10+ years of experience
• Experience in implementing PLM product for process/CPG industry
• Understanding of product development processes for CPG industry like formulation, packaging, artwork & label management, SKU, recipe management etc.
• Understanding of the PLM products (Teamcenter preferably), how it is used and how the business operates more widely
• Having the analytical skills to analyze/synthesize large amounts of data and other business processes to form ideas and participate in solutioning
• Understand the As-Is processes and discuss with business teams to establish To-Be processes.
• Drive the requirement gathering workshops, gather the requirements and explain to IT teams
• Clear and structured communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business and multiple time zones
• Ability to facilitate smaller sized projects and comfortable enough to ask questions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and using different tools to gather info
• Proficiency in MS Office - ppt, excel, access, etc
