Mandatory Technical Skills
* Have worked in PLM Windchill transformation project as project manager
* Good working knowledge on Windchill product
* Understands complexities and challenges with PLM transformation program
* Has understanding of both Waterfall and Agile models
* Have worked as project manager for large projects of more than 50 associates
* Have good working knowledge of handling project risks and issues
* Have worked on onsite / offshore working model
* Capability in meeting Cost and Time with desired quality
