PLM/CAD/ENOVIA Lead
Location - Cleveland, Ohio
Skills - PLM/CAD/ENOVIA Lead - All Must skills. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic transformation initiative One CAD One PLM using Dassault Systemes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Drive enterprise-wide harmonization and standardization of CAD (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS) and PLM tools.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Program Management to align objectives.
Define and drive digital thread and model-based enterprise (MBE) best practices.
Manage the roadmap, design, implementation, testing, and rollout of 3DEXPERIENCE platform capabilities.
Provide governance for data migration, system integration, and change management activities.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
Ensure user adoption through effective communication, training, and support structures.
Interface with Dassault Systemes and system integrators for technical and strategic guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
7 - 10+ years of experience in PLM transformation, with strong knowledge of Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Experience in deploying One PLM / One CAD strategies across global enterprises.
Hands-on experience with CATIA V6/3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, and associated modules.
Strong understanding of PLM processes including BOM management, configuration management, and digital continuity.
Experience in large-scale change management and agile implementation methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work in a global matrix organization.
