PM with Budgeting Knowledge
Location : Warren, NJ
Overall 10+ experience with Agile Project management (Preferably if managed .Net or Data platform implementation in Insurance domain)
Prepare the project plan and monitor the progress.
Day-to-day responsibility for running the project with Business Sponsor, develops the project definition.
Ensures project is delivered on time, to budget, and to the agreed quality standard. Ensures project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors).
Manages consultants, allocating/utilizing resources efficiently and maintaining a co-operative, motivated, and successful team.
Ensure the adherence by the team to all the guidelines by preparing and facilitating through governance model.
Monitor and ensure all the deliverables are as per the agreed SLA and quality.
Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicating requirements clearly and concisely
Resolve the issues and road-blocks during the project execution
Should be able to identify risks and mitigations beforehand and well in-advance.
Manage project budget, and resources as required
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path based on initiative guidelines.
Conduct project post mortems and draft summary reports by identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements, and making recommendations for future improvements.
Draft meeting minutes and distribute them to the stakeholders after every project meeting
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Certified Scrum Master preferably)
