To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical related field, typically Engineering or CS degree, or equivalent work experience required.
- experience in a technical/engineering role and SME on the technology.
- Proven experience as a technical product manager
- Strong technical experience with the ability to communicate and present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders/audiences.
- experience collaborating with and advising executive and senior leaders to set strategy, define the product, and make tough judgements between time to market and features.
- product management experience delivering large scale products.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project simultaneously.
- This role requires deep product management expertise, excellent leadership and influencing skills and strong business judgement.
Required Skills/Years of Experience:
- Drive discovery and refinement sessions to translate ambiguous business problems into product solutions
- Can use low fidelity tools to outline a design approach and then work with your team to translate into higher fidelity representation of the feature
- Regular contact with users of product and use multiple sources to prioritize roadmap decisions
- Develop, gather and prioritize product requirements
- Define definition of done/acceptance criteri
- Conduct Usability tests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise language and negotiate with stakeholders to drive product decisions

dditional Information:
- Duration: 12 month contract to hire opportunity
- Hybrid Work Model: Three days onsite required weekly in NYC, Pittsburgh, Lake Mary, or DC
- Rate Range: $60-70/hr. W2 (based on experience)
