The Portfolio Analyst will be working on a range of multifamily investment strategies and will be engaged in all aspects of the real estate investment process, including analyzing, sourcing, and executing new investment opportunities; formulating new investment strategies and marketing materials; ongoing financial modeling and liquidity management; and investor reporting.

What You'll Do:
- Underwrite new multifamily investments across the risk spectrum, including ground-up development opportunities
- Develop customized investor and prospective investor memorandums and presentations
- Monitor property-level performance through variance analysis and market research
- Maintain and analyze fund-level financial models in order to manage liquidity needs
- Execute quarterly and annual reporting
- Generate investment summaries, strategic plans and other documentation associated with fund operations
- Support portfolio management in annual budget and asset planning process
- Assist with preparation for advisory committee meetings, board meetings and annual meetings with clients and consultants

- 2 to 4 years of real estate investment/development, investment banking, or finance experience
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of multifamily transactions and management
- Experience underwriting ground-up multifamily development opportunities with waterfall structures as well as core/core-plus and value-add investment opportunities
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build detailed financial models from scratch. Excel test will be required in the screening process.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Effective business writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
