Spectrum is currently seeking a Management Analyst to support our customer site and support the Department of Navy's Business Operations Service Support requirement.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved
- Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed
- Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports
- Develop solutions or alternative practices
- Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
- Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
- Confer with managers to ensure changes are working
- 5+ years of experience working with DON, DoD, or similar government agency
Minimum Qualifications:
- Expert ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of staff, as well as clients
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Management, or related field
- 10+ years of related experience
- Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance
