Job Description
1. Responsible for ensuring Delivery objectives are met for the portfolio
2. Establish and maintain relationship with all customer contacts
3. Flexible to work with Global teams in different time zones
4. Drive the global delivery team to meet the delivery object
5. Develop new business and grow the existing business in the portfolio
6. Drive the solution of new opportunities in coordination with appropriate teams
7. Ensure proper planning, tracking and reporting are followed and all the customer commitments are met
8. Be the single point of contact for escalations related to the portfolio
9. Skills:
P&C insurance Domain (Preferred)
In-depth experience in managing projects across various types of SDLC
Experience in breadth and depth of functional and non-functional testing areas
Other Mandatory Skills
1. Master's degree in business, finance, investment or a related field preferred
2. Proven experience in investment and financial assets management as an analyst or assistant manager in a financial institution environment
3. Strong understanding of investment strategies and risk management
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. High interest in and enthusiastic about economic and financial market trends
7. Exceptional customer service with a client focus
8. Flexible to travel to meet clients as required
