- Solid understanding of property operations and budget/financial management.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

- Affordable & market rate experience.
- Ability to network and assist with marketing efforts.
- CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industry software systems, preferably Yardi.
