Global Product Portfolio Manager- Clinical and Commercial Supply

You will be responsible for providing product care and support across lipids, adjuvants and polymers of products manufactured in Alabaster, Lamar, Leek and Korea (excluding natural PL). Management and optimization of the product and service portfolio and ensuring that the portfolio aligns with customer needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Executing product strategies that align with market needs and business goals
Understanding product roadmaps and prioritizing of product features and enhancements. Participate in annual strategic planning.
Supporting the development and launch of new products by serving on Project teams representing the product.
Managing the product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life according to market and strategic requirements.
Oversees the incorporation of technical aspects of product development, including feature definition, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
Works closely with engineers, designers, and other technical teams to translate market and customer needs into technical specifications.
Provides deep technical knowledge to ensure the product is feasible, scalable, and meets technical standards.
Serve as project manager for NPI or other product related projects when needed.
Monitor and report financial performance of products, including pricing, profitability, and cost management.
Conducting financial analysis to support product decisions and investments.
Drive establishment of cost tracking process in PD and Manufacturing
Working with R&D, marketing, sales, and other teams to bring products to market.
Coordinating activities across departments to ensure product success.
Acts as a bridge between technical teams and other stakeholders, ensuring that the development aligns with the overall product vision.
Participates in S&OP, daily stand-up meetings to gain insight into real time product related issues
Work closely with master planner, supply chain manager to ensure on time delivery and communication of capacity availability.
Gathering, analyzing and sharing customer feedback to improve products.
Participating in industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay current with trends and innovations
Ensuring products meet regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
Collaborating with regulatory affairs teams to navigate approval processes and assist with filing DMF/CDE, etc.
Collaborates with QA teams to ensure the product is tested rigorously and meets the required quality standards.
Responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for internal teams and external users.
Responsible for developing and coordinating product training across regions
Responsible for assigning product codes, categorizing products, assigning customer segments and other information needed to enter into ERP system
Primary contact and interface between Sales/BD and Operations for GMP standard products and responsible for gathering details and drafting communications regarding product failures, delays, discontinuations etc.
Participates in MBR meetings to present product performance data.
Executing and contributing to determination of pricing strategies and product positioning to align with market needs and company goals.
Provides sales teams with the tools, training, and support needed to effectively sell the product.
Works with Marketing and I&I to develop product specific literature, customer facing decks
