Position Overview:
As a Data Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Point of Sale (POS) systems. Your responsibilities will encompass the setup of initial data entries, menus, and options for POS, managing data modifications and updates for new POS merchants during the initial period, and overseeing the training and supervision of employees and interns within the Data Management department.

Menu Initial set up Build menu/Table layout Ucharge setting Turn on All Function like CDP/SMS/KIOSK/Patt/etc. Review menu and setting before installation Follow up during initial period
Menu file manage
Keep menu files and save into nashq01 folder.
Epipay/Bluu Order menu Setup 3rd party online order menu setup Online Appointment (Epipay) setup KIOSK menu setup w/Menu image Issuing License Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reporting General QA task

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure initial data entries, menu, and options for POS systems, including installations on both Windows and Android platforms.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data integration to enhance the functionality of POS solutions.
- Collaborate with new POS merchants to facilitate and overs data modifications and updates during the initial period.
- Address and resolve any issues related to data management for POS systems.
- Lead and manage a team of employees and interns within the Data Management department
- Provide training on POS system management, data entry procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Job Scope:
Qualification:
- Manager level or higher
- Must have sufficient understanding of menu settings and functions for each POS solution.
- Fluent Korean and English
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
