Reporting to the Vice President, Information Technology, Northern Reflections is looking for a POS Support Analyst/NAV Developer. This role will be a key for managing and maintaining the Company's Store Systems ensuring a friendly and efficient service is provided to end users and departments. Responsible for full software development lifecycle, including identifying business requirement, through documentation, development, testing and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support of all Microsoft Dynamics NAV retail and store-based systems. Ensuring full functionality is maintained via our partners, providing training and further configuration where required.
• Liaising with external IT suppliers and remote support companies.
• Partner with business stakeholders and determine the underlying needs for requested changes.
• Create system specification requirements and obtain sign-off from the business team.
• Design, develop and test the most effective solution that meets both specification requirements and future anticipated needs.
• Resolve problem situations using root cause analysis techniques to make constant improvement to systems.
• Accountable for store PCI compliance ensuring minimal PCI scope and maximum security.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Computer Science or equivalent Computer Engineering related degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of store systems experience in the retail industry maintaining store systems for a chain with 100+ stores (specifically with Point-of-Sale Software).
• Experience with LS Retail POS with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Experience with SQL Server and relational database.
• Experience with NAV Development Environment, Dynamics NAV C/SIDE & C/AL Development.
• Knowledge of SSRS Reports and Visual Code is an asset.
• Knowledge of POS hardware, networking technologies and security with POS implementation.
• Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
• Possess proficient analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
