Seeking an experienced Power BI Developer, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Power BI. Working with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and create actionable insights to support business decision-making. Collaboration with IT to verify data availability and accuracy for reporting purposes. Technical expertise in Power BI, data analysis skills, and strong communication abilities are essential for this role.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
• SQL skills; ability to write and execute queries
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, and data visualization principles.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and/or data warehousing concepts/data integration techniques is a plus.
• Self-starter; able to work independently, critical thinking skills, and ability to execute.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports, and dashboards using Power BI.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for reporting purposes.
• Design and implement data models, data transformations, and calculations to support reporting needs.
• Maintain data pipeline/data sources using SQL and Snowflake.
• Data analysis to expose and address data quality issues, anomalies, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate across the company to define KPIs and metrics for reporting purposes.
• Analyze complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business decisions.
• Keep current with latest Power BI features, practices, and trends.
• Provide training on utilizing Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data sources, report performance, and visualization accuracy, as needed.
