- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards with a focus on renewals, customer retention, and customer success.
- Work within existing complex data models to create accurate, efficient, and scalable reporting solutions.
- Automate routine reporting in Power BI, ensuring seamless transition from manual PowerPoint-based reports while maintaining the required format.
- Apply strong visualization design best practices to create clear, impactful, and user-friendly reports.
- Write and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine reporting needs, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with expertise in complex data modeling and DAX.
- Strong background in customer retention, renewals, or customer success analytics preferred.
- Experience automating manual reporting processes, especially converting PowerPoint-based reports into Power BI outputs that remain in PowerPoint for delivery.
- Deep understanding of visualization principles and best practices for effective data storytelling.
- Proficiency in SQL, particularly in Snowflake, for querying and transforming data.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize report performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
