Oran Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Administrator to support and maintain the operational health, configuration, security, and performance of Microsoft Power Platform services for a large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) modernization effort. This position plays a critical role in managing the Power Platform ecosystem within a secure and compliant DoD365-J (GCCH/IL5) environment.

Position Overview:
Oran Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Administrator to support and maintain the operational health, configuration, security, and performance of Microsoft Power Platform services for a large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) modernization effort. This position plays a critical role in managing the Power Platform ecosystem within a secure and compliant DoD365-J (GCCH/IL5) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Power Platform environments (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and associated services).
- Configure environments, security roles, DLP policies, and data gateways in accordance with DoD compliance standards.
- Perform user and license management, monitor health dashboards, audit logs, and analytics to ensure platform stability and integrity.
- Support solution lifecycle management (ALM), including deployment pipelines and version control.
- Ensure seamless integration with M365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
- Collaborate with Power Platform developers and solution architects to implement governance best practices.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, and perform root cause analysis for performance, access, or configuration issues.
- Serve as the primary administrator for tenant-level settings, connectors, and capacity planning.
- Provide documentation, knowledge sharing, and end-user support within the DoD user base.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret Clearance (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate (cloud flows & RPA)
- Dataverse administration
- Experience operating in a DoD365-J / Microsoft GCC High / IL5 or other federal secure environment
- Strong understanding of security roles, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and environment management
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Power Platform Admin Center, and Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, auditing, and compliance tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications: PL-200, PL-400, or MS-600
- Experience with SharePoint Online, PowerShell, or administrative scripting
- Familiarity with RMF, FedRAMP, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience supporting Modernization and Analytics Initiative (MAI) or other federal programs
- Knowledge of GitHub, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD practices in the Power Platform context
