Power Platform Developer Company: Innovatus Technology Consulting Location: San Diego, CA Clearance: Secret Clearance required Job Overview: Innovatus Technology Consulting is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team and support the U.S. Navy in San Diego. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. As a Power Platform Developer, you will work closely with the Navy's IT and business units to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: * Develop custom applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Design and implement workflows, automations, and data visualizations to streamline processes and improve decision-making. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions. * Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on Power Platform capabilities and best practices. * Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions. Qualifications: * Active Secret Clearance required. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. * Experience with data modeling, data integration, and API development. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and collaboration abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: * Experience working with the U.S. Navy or other defense organizations. * Knowledge of SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
