The National Security Customer Group of SAIC is seeking a PowerPlatform/SharePoint Developer to support an IT Service Management effort for USTRANSCOM located at Scott Air Force Base (AFB) in Illinois. The USTC Managed Information Technology Services (MITS) contract is intended to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services to facilitate the operations and modernization of the combatant command's infrastructure, systems, and applications. This support will be provided to the USTC Command, Control, Communications & Cyber Systems Directorate (TCJ6).
The successful candidate shall lead activities related to SharePoint, PowerPlatform, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 apps development to USTRANSCOM on both the classified and unclassified networks directly supporting approximately 4,000 users across different security classification environments.
Responsibilities
Design, document, develop (i.e., create and enhance), and maintain SharePoint sites, and applications to support USTRANSCOM
Work with other contractors and Government personnel to integrate SharePoint sites, and applications into USTRANSCOM's classified and unclassified networks
Provide maintenance, sustainment, and evolutionary upgrades to legacy SharePoint sites, and applications
Migrate data from legacy SharePoint environments to modern 365 tenants
Adhere to Government and industry web and security standards
Develop custom applications using PowerApps and the Power Fx language
Develop complex custom workflows using PowerAutomate to automate business processes
Design/Develop custom reports and dashboards to analyze data using PowerBI
Complete minor adjustments coordination with the content owner when required
Assist the webmaster in managing the USTRANSCOM Gatekeeper program by providing administrative oversight and access to essential services restricted to Gatekeepers
This position is for Monday through Friday, normal business hours. However, employee may be required to provide after-hours and weekend support during planned or emergency events
Qualifications
BA/BS
10+ years of experience
DoD Secret clearance
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Extensive knowledge of SharePoint and MS 365 tools
Extensive knowledge of PowerPlatform
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Experience building custom canvas and model-driven applications using PowerApps
Experience building custom flows using PowerAutomate
Experience building custom reports and dashboards using PowerBI
Experience in Microsoft Forms and Lists
Experience with ShareGate Migration tool
Ability to train users in SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform, and other M365 Apps
Ability to convert legacy InfoPath and SharePoint Designer apps/flows to PowerPlatform
Knowledge of implementing software in cloud environment that adheres to DOD Security guidelines
Experience researching and writing excellent documentation and examples for technical personnel
Experience with MS Office toinclude Word, PowerPoint,Visio, Project and Excel
Ability to manage multiple, high, & competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
Technical writing and documentation skills
Knowledge of ITSM Remedy system
Configuration and change management experience working directly with/for a Government customer
Must be US Citizen
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
