The Plastic Surgery Group in Cincinnati is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead our operations, financial performance, and team management with a focus on excellence in patient care and business growth.

As our Practice Administrator, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving long-term strategy and financial performance. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment and brings a blend of operational expertise, financial acumen, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management
  • Oversee the practice's budget, financial performance, and expense controls
  • Collaborate closely with our financial manager, billing company, and accountant to ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing and accounts receivable
  • Generate and review financial reports to guide decision-making and performance improvement


Strategic Planning
  • Analyze market trends and competitive insights to inform business growth and service line expansion
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with practice goals


Operations Oversight
  • Streamline administrative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Identify and implement systems and process improvements to support scalable growth


Talent & People Management
  • Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations
  • Foster a positive workplace culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and high standards
  • Provide leadership and support to a dedicated team committed to exceptional patient experiences


What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a healthcare practice management or administrative leadership role
  • Strong financial, operational, and people management background
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and lead through change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
