An established healthcare organization based in northern New Hampshire is now looking for an experienced Practice Director Outpatient Services to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This regional leading community based clinic offers a variety of internal medicine services in a friendly convenient setting. This location specializes in a number of services including family medicine, behavioral health, podiatry, endocrinology, gastroenterology, surgery, and cardiovascular care.
Reporting to the VP Physician Practice Services, the Practice Director Outpatient Services will offer administrative, strategic, and financial leadership within an outpatient medical practice setting. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring practice policies and procedures, completing and analyzing all financial reports, preparing annual budgets, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, emphasizes a productive and collaborative work environment, and serves as a representative for the medical practice. This practice currently offers a variety of services including primary care, mental health, podiatry, endocrinology, gastroenterology, surgery, and cardiology.

What's Needed to Succeed:
- Degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of critical access healthcare settings
- Prior leadership experience is a plus!
