As a solutions consultant, you will be responsible for providing business and product expertise and appropriate technical support to assist the sales team through all stages of the sales process. In collaboration with Alithya's sales reps, you will help Alithya close new business and achieve booking sales quotas. You will build and develop trusting relationships with Alithya sales and delivery, Microsoft sales, and our prospects and customers in order to ensure effective collaboration and help us reach our goal of becoming trusted advisors to our partners.

Solutions consultants have a range of responsibilities, including:
- Support sales in bids, proposals, and estimates. This includes but is not limited to discovery, estimation, sales presentations, and RFI and RFP responses. Collaboration with delivery to ensure estimates are timely, accurate, and actionable is a key requirement of this job;
- Support sales through the delivery of product and solution demonstrations. These demonstrations will include Microsoft standard demos, custom demonstrations prepared by the solutions consultant on behalf of a prospect, and Alithya-owned business content and solutions;
- Support marketing in content production and delivery - typically blogs, webinars, and conference events.

- Strong background and understanding of manufacturing business challenges and domain knowledge in Dynamics F≻
- Broad capabilities in one or more of the following areas:
- Dynamics F&SC Manufacturing;
- Dynamics F&SC Sales/Procurement;
- Dynamics F&SC WMS/TMS;
- Dynamics F&SC Finance;
- Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong technical knowledge;
- Broad business skills;
- Outstanding presentation skills;
- Well-organized and initiative;
- Understanding of the market space;
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints and maintain a positive attitude with the prospect or customer;
- Ability to travel when required (mostly overnight and day travel).
