Reports to: Vice President, Account Management

Purpose:

The Prescriber Experience Manager fosters a deep commitment to creating a second-to-none prescriber experience for identified prescribers. This role serves as the primary contact to specific prescriber offices, interacting extensively with internal and external customers. The Experience Manager focuses on issue resolution for escalated cases, ensuring prescribers know our suite of services for the product(s) they prescribe, and the creation and delivery of presentations surrounding the program status of patient care, successes in operations, and opportunities for improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Calls identified prescriber offices to introduce position and responsibility as well as identify key contacts.
  • Creates and maintains records of key contacts and the communication preferences of each.
  • Schedules mutually agreed upon meetings to discuss prescriber needs, case follow-up, and general inquiries and issue escalation as needed.
  • Identifies the needed reporting, metrics, and updates of each office in response to its preference from proposed standards.
  • Schedules quarterly business review meetings as desired by each prescriber's office.
  • Creates and delivers presentations to prescribers demonstrating successful outcomes in patient care, service delivery and operations, as well as proposed opportunities to enhance services.
  • Responds to inquiries from the prescriber's office as questions arise, including but not limited to program design, marketplace conditions, payor coverage, etc.
  • Responds within one (1) business day to all inquiries.
  • Supports the team on broader efforts to improve the prescriber experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school as a Registered Nurse (RN.)
  • Active license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of specialty pharmacy experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and a thorough knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office and Windows) are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience using analysis tools or systems (ex. web based, custom, proprietary, etc.)
  • Experience in the implementation of quality process improvement efforts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to manage deliverables in a high pace environment.

Work Environment:
