Description:

HunaTek is seeking a skilled and motivated President of its subsidiary, HunaTek Operations Services (HTOS), LLC. This position shall fulfill all duties of the senior officer for HunaTek Operations Services and be responsible for the success and management of the company. This leadership role will develop and execute the strategic growth goals of the organization, with an emphasis on building a business and capabilities in the Space and Sciences sector of the Federal Government. As the company is new subsidiary, particular focus will be in performing hands on business development activities to establish revenue and a pipeline to support operations and growth.

Essential Functions
  • Establish, define and implement a strategy for revenue recognition and building company capabilities in the areas of Space and Sciences, supporting customers to include, but not limited to, NASA, the United States Space Force, and NOAA.
  • Promoting HunaTek's brand and capabilities to target customer decision makers
  • Coach and develop leaders to build high-functioning teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to promote capabilities and help ensure customer satisfaction
  • Hold yourself and your employees to high ethical standards consistent with of our guiding principles
  • Serve as Managing Partner of existing, and future, Joint Ventures.
  • Contribute and inform HunaTek Holding's corporate policies and strategies in support of achieving short and long-term objectives

Skills and Qualifications Required
  • Bachelors or higher or equivalent experience with 10 years of directly related work experience, and at least 6 years of leadership experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of the federal market space and/or subject matter expertise
  • Knowledge of and experience with federal government contracting laws, rules, and regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and other federal agency supplements
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
  • Ability to grow company capabilities and revenue
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial and other performance metrics and leverage critical thinking skills to make impactful business decisions
  • Ability to build, grow, motivate and mentor highly productive teams
  • Ability to receive and maintain Top Secret personnel security clearance
  • Excellent inter-personal and negotiating skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Experience working within the Government is preferred
  • Experience with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) business is desirable

Pay Range: $190,000 - $240,000 per hour
