We are on the lookout for an experienced President to steer our operations in Hobbs, New Mexico. The President will play a pivotal role in building relationships with labor and E& P operators, demonstrating financial acumen related to P& L, and leading the operations of the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the oilfield services industry.
Responsibilities:
Foster and leverage relationships with labor and E& P operators within the region
Oversee and manage accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
Direct and coordinate the organization's budget processes for optimal capital management
Employ advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
Facilitate effective networking within the industry to promote the organization's services
Lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational targets and objectives
Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Requirements
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Proven ability in networking with various stakeholders
Experience in optimization processes
Proficient in executing accounting functions
Comprehensive understanding of budgeting processes
Experience in capital management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
