We are seeking an experienced and visionary President to join our leadership team to drive an aggressive growth agenda forward for DHR. This role is expected to further shape DHR's strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor department heads to meet performance objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the HVAC/R industry. Refrigeration experience is a must have.
- Proven success in strategic planning and execution.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Established excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exhibit the ability to drive innovation and manage change.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or similar field
- Experience managing $50M+ business
Preferred:
- Experience directly in the refrigeration industry
- Master's degree in business
