Description:
McGregor PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a community-based service program that provides in-home healthcare services to the elderly as an alternative to nursing home placement, allowing Seniors to remain at home.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at PACE. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of medical care to PACE participants. This role serves as the gatekeeper for participant medical care.
Base salary range: $200,000 - $240,000 commensurate with experience
Weekly schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Job Description:
Expected to see/collaborate with RN/NP on approximately 10-15 patients per day
Shared call rotation - phone only; approximately 1 week in 8
Integrated Behavioral Health support, e-consultation platform available
Quality focus, NO productivity requirements.
Support staff on-site: secretaries, nursing, social work, dietary, PT/OT/ST
Opportunity to teach residents/fellows, if desired
Qualifications:
BC/BE Geriatrician or Family Medicine/Internist with an interest in Geriatric Medicine
Active Ohio Medical License, DEA license in good standing upon effective date of employment
Strong ability to collaborate with a team
Flexible to individual patient needs
Able to focus on teamwork rather than solely individual practice
