As a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the Tech Control facility, ensuring all systems and equipment function at optimal levels.
- Lead and mentor a team of tech control professionals, providing guidance on projects and mission-critical operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with industry standards, ITSM best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage Tier 2 Tech Control Helpdesk functions, ensuring efficient incident handling, service requests, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate and supervise the restoration and reporting functions necessary for the effective maintenance of transmission paths and facilities
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 year's experience with managing and operating cryptographic facilities
