Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

What You'll Do
- Conduct clinical evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and interpretive summaries.
- Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, offering case management, consultation, and referrals as needed.
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including individual psychotherapy, group therapy, crisis counseling, and family sessions.
- Assess client functioning in daily life, identifying areas for ongoing support and resources.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) to document treatment progress and meet insurance requirements.
- Collaborate with insurance teams by preparing pre-certification and concurrent review reports based on medical necessity.
- Provide emergency crisis support during work hours and after-hours as assigned.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and supervisory conferences to ensure clinical excellence.
- Adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements, including duty to warn and abuse reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Master's degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited university.
- Credentials:
- Minimum: Associate-level licensure (e.g., AMFT, ACSW, APCC) with active Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) registration.
- Preferred: Fully licensed (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
- Experience: Proven skills in individual therapy (various modalities), group facilitation (process, psychoeducational, topical), family therapy, and working with addiction issues.
- Availability: Flexibility for occasional weekend on-call shifts and after-hours crisis support.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication with proper grammar and syntax.
- Professionalism, positivity, and the ability to build respectful relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with clinical and medical terminology related to mental health care and payer requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, G Suite, and standard office equipment.
- Background: Successful completion of ADP Selective Screening Services background check, LiveScan, and any additional state, federal, or company-required screenings.
