Description:

ADP is hiring a Principal, Data & Analytics Product Manager within the HR Outsourcing (HRO) Analytics organization. We're looking for someone with experience acting as a "Product Manager" and "Change Agent" for advanced analytics teams. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and guide your analytics team in the development and delivery of analytics solutions and services . This role is accountable for partnering with on shore and off shore analytics teams towards agile solution development and the person must be highly organized with previous program management expertise in a start-up, fast paced environment. This role will have no direct reports but will work closely with a cross-functional technical team (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, BI Analysts). This role reports directly to the Head of HRO Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior executives to shape HRO's overall business strategy using data and analytics, and develop a comprehensive D&A roadmap to sustain impact.
  • Product and Service Development: Explore and develop initiatives focused on monetizing data and creating new products and services through big data and analytics.
  • Requirements Definition: Define analytics requirements, generate hypotheses, and provide these requirements to Data Scientists and BI Directors.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and lead all phases of analytics delivery, including business intelligence, data science, and engineering, ensuring successful delivery of products and services.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate with stakeholders throughout projects to gather feedback, provide updates, and coordinate with other teams.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts and impact tracking for analytics solutions, driving remediation plans if metrics are not met.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases for analytics products and services, conducting deep quantitative and qualitative business analysis and research on market trends.
  • Feedback and Enhancement: Gather and leverage business feedback to enhance models, and facilitate the creation and adoption of code libraries and data assets.
  • Team Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and the HRO Analytics team, effectively navigating cross-functional collaborations.
  • Performance Measurement: Define value measurement targets, develop impact estimates for business cases, and craft KPIs to evaluate solution success.

Qualifications:
  • Hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, statistics, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years leading cross-functional agile product or solution development teams in Product Management, Project Management, and/or Consulting roles (preferably in data science, business intelligence, and engineering).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large, complex data and business problems.
  • Proficient in business applications of analytics, data engineering, and technology, with knowledge in machine learning, statistical testing, and dashboarding.
  • Bonus: Keen understanding of user-centric product or solutions design (design thinking).
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for effective presentation creation tailored to different audiences and initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams end to end.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams towards high levels of excellence and standards.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Python or SQL preferred
  • Jira and Confluence preferred
  • Analytics and Strategy Consulting experience from MBB/Big4 or Fortune 500 experience
  • Change management and large-scale transformation experience.
  • Experience building out an analytics function at another organization.
  • Risk, Insurance, or HCM Industry experience is a plus
  • B2B experience
