Responsibilities

Scope of Role Responsibilities

Essential, key job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Establish client relationships that allow for greater sales expansion and penetration, specifically around EMP and Managed Services
  • Foster effective relationships throughout the client environment, from Executive teams through IT and independent Business Units
  • Establish strategic relationships in key client accounts to drive incremental recurring revenue
  • Drive multi-offering strategy and sales via program management
  • Establish and drive strategic client plans/roadmap
  • Drive business and IT alignment within client organizations
  • Operate as pseudo vCIO - align with strategic client lead
  • Develop trusted advisor status and become strategic leader among client's other partners and vendors
  • Create and maintain strategic relationships to include facilitating meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic briefings to enhance generating valuable exchanges
  • Participate in Offering Boards with the respective leads of NWN's offerings to provide feedback and gain knowledge tied to road map, vision, strategy, etc...

Additional job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Participation at client events
  • Participation with Command of the Message/Sale training methodology
  • Participation with strategy development/execution
  • Participation with road map development
  • Develop alignment with Offerings Team to drive incremental Revenue/Margin
  • Assistance with developing joint Client/Organization Marketing plan
  • Participation in quarterly business reviews


Qualifications

Role Qualifications and Requirements

The following are minimum qualifications and requirements required for this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience/military experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in areas of Enterprise Architecture and Business Process (ITSM is also preferred)
  • Technologist (Across offerings and includes application experience)
    • Solution Architecture
    • Operations
    • Performance analysis
  • Executive oral and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Self-motivated and competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Mentoring/coaching skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of administration and management principles, specifically in; strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of human resource principles and procedures to include personnel recruitment, selection, training, and development.
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with members across internal and external departments and at all levels of the respective organization.
  • Must possess a clean driving record and have access to a personal vehicle or reliable transportation.
