Join Collins Aerospace as a Principal Earned Value Specialist & Master Scheduler. We're looking for a passionate professional to accept a high level of responsibility within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will support the Environmental and Airframe Control Systems (EACS) Project Planning and Control (PP&C) Center of Excellence.

As the Earned Value Specialist and Master Scheduler, you will work closely with our team to support both weekly and monthly reporting processes and deliverables, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial and resource reports for our EACS programs. You will also be expected to maintain an up-to-date central data set of program financials as well as actively collaborate with program management engineers and other functions. This includes working on plans, actuals, cost/schedule variances, estimates, and risks.

You will also play a crucial role in supporting the resource management aspect of our programs. This involves inputting the resource demand loads into our management tools generating business-wide resource reports and offering some degree of program administration assistance. This challenging role offers a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful work and further develop your skills within a supportive and dynamic environment.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.

What YOU will do:
  • Compile weekly and monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reports for Program Management.
  • Highlight pertinent information derived from analysis of program data, including trend analysis.
  • Attend program meetings and evaluating EVM data to facilitate program performance.
  • Support with creation, tracking and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for critical programs.
  • Participate and help cultivate explanations for initiatives.
  • Work in tandem with program to deliver and drive financials.

Qualifications you must have:
  • Typically requires a university degree unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.


Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project
  • Experience in commercial Earned Value software (such as Cobra or EVMS for Project).
  • Experience with Collins Aerospace Mission Systems CT3 tool suite preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and extracting financial data such as labor and material costs.
  • Knowledge of earned value management principles.
