Job Description

The Principal HRBP will partner with senior leadership across corporate functions to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. This role will be responsible for driving organizational change, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and culture initiatives. The Principal HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and strategic direction on all people matters to ensure business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and business units to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance management programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder buy-in, and successful adoption.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Partner with HR leadership to ensure compensation and benefits strategies align with business goals and are competitive in the market.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that drive business performance.
  • Culture and Engagement: Promote and support company culture initiatives to ensure employee engagement and retention.
  • Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and managers to develop leadership capabilities and improve team performance.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HRBP or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in driving organizational change and transformation.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and employees.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.

Preferred Skills:
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in managing HR functions in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.


Additional Information

The Salary Range for this position is $138,000 - $175,000 annual base salary + annual performance bonus. We also off the following benefits:
