We're seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager (PM) to guide our AI Phishing Protection efforts. In this role, you will shape the future of phishing protection, and drive the development of impactful, scalable solutions. - Strategy & Vision: Define the product roadmap and strategic direction for our AI-powered phishing protection solutions.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Advocate for users by deeply understanding their needs and designing solutions that enhance security without compromising usability.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, timely products.
- AI Expertise: Leverage advancements in AI/ML to proactively address phishing threats and stay ahead of evolving attack vectors.
Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years people management experience.
- Proven experience as a product manager, with at least 5 years experience in cybersecurity or AI-based products.
- Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information effectively
- Experience in analyzing and addressing complex technical issues, with a track record of successful collaboration with engineering teams.
- Expertise in implementing strategies to protect users and organizations from cybersecurity threats.
