As a Principal SailPoint Developer, you'll be crucial in optimizing and securing identity and access management (IAM) systems. This role focuses on security, reliability, and efficiency while providing expert strategic and operational support. You'll lead IAM initiatives, implement integrations, and ensure compliance with security frameworks.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development and optimization of IAM solutions, ensuring robust security and efficiency
- Develop SailPoint integrations-both custom and out-of-the-box-while driving IGA projects
- Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Ping Identity and shape MFA strategies
- Oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) deployments, ensuring compliance with NIST and CIS frameworks
- Create and maintain operational documentation using Confluence Wiki
- Mentor junior engineers, lead technical teams, and communicate IAM strategies across the organization
- 10+ years in IT, specializing in IAM technologies like SailPoint
- Proven expertise in developing SailPoint integrations (both custom and out-of-the-box)
- Hands-on experience with IdP integrations using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms (SSO, MFA, PAM) across on-prem and cloud environments
- Core Java development experience, with proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible
- Experience working with SaaS solutions and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization
- CIAM, CISSP, or IAM vendor-specific certifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Salary Range: $165k - $195k annually.
