Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer with an active TS/SCI security clearance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and modernizing complex software applications and systems, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
The work location will be hybrid-remote with a combination of remote and part-time on-site support at NGA Campus East (NCE).

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
- Ensure the code is maintainable, scalable, and testable
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering
