SUMMARY

Responsible for implementing and following supply chain master data processes and system requirements to ensure a reliable supply of materials to Manufacturing.

Represent Corden Pharma Colorado requirements to ensure seamless integration of site supply chain principles within global initiatives and policies. Train and educate Corden Pharma Colorado site on data-based analytics using best practices and methodologies.

The Principal Strategic Associate should be able to make ethical decisions and maintain their professional integrity. They should also be visible and act as an ambassador for the company to help ensure employees follow the company's policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale strategic projects affecting Corden Pharma Colorado Supply Chain to increase velocity and profitability
  • Work independently to dig into data inconsistencies and inaccuracies, effectively driving to understand the root cause and effective remediation of variability in the data
  • Increase visibility of Supply Chain strategic processes by managing project timelines, data dependencies, development, and operational efficiency improvements in coordination with other department dependencies and strategies
  • Capable of autonomously organizing and getting results on a broad scope of work
  • Executing predominantly site-oriented supply chain efforts within ambiguous processes while exemplifying good data practices and driving data-based decisions/strategy
  • Create, manage, and iterate repositories of strategic project outcomes - resulting in a higher degree of collaboration, single source of truth, and data standards
  • Analyze complex data sets to extract key insights and inform strategic decision-making to increase efficiency, reliability, predictability, and quality of supply chain data processes
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to create automatic queries to verify master data settings with transactional data, thereby eliminating the reliance on external data visualization resources
  • Create and maintain the strategic data plan, coordinating with site leaders as appropriate
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform project recommendations that affect site supply chain functionality, reliability, delivery, and/or safety
  • Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Proactively identify potential risk and opportunities associated with strategic initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance to collect and cleanse data - providing more insight to key business decisions
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different departments to facilitate collaboration and alignment on strategic priorities
  • Leverage data to identify key insights and inform strategic decision-making
  • Role supports existing supply chain execution systems and SAP implementation project as it pertains to Data and Analytics
  • Proactively uses Master Data tables in planning and execution systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4Hana, and other systems implemented in the future to identify inconsistencies and reconciliation opportunities
  • Ensures data integrity across systems with adherence to corporate policy/standard operating procedures, monitoring the integrations amongst systems, and creating metrics/report of master data health
  • Participates in the product life cycle management process (new product introduction, replacement, discontinuation, etc.)
  • Actively seeks and implements continuous improvement opportunities with the master data governance strategy, workflow process, procedures, and systems used to maintain master data
  • Works in an agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
  • Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
  • Improves processes through analysis of business processes and developing strategies to support ongoing efficiency and scaling efforts
  • Supports end-users and managers, responding to system outages
  • Monitors and improves performance on site specific Supply Chain KPIs - including, but not limited to, First Time Quality, SLA adherence, and audit reconciliations

cGMP is the part of Quality Management System ensuring products are consistently produced to accurate quality standards. Adherence to clearly defined procedures, in compliance with the principles of cGMP, is required when performing operations across Corden Pharma Colorado.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university and 10 years of progressive data-based roles in biopharma or CDMO experience. Experience in SAP as a system is a must; experience with S/4 HANA SAP is strongly preferred. Three years of Power BI or other data visualization experience is strongly preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional

journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports,

business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present

information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers,

and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical

inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and

proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in

situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of

instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
